Condensate preparation systems ÖWAMAT® - zuverlässige Öl-Wasser-Trennsysteme nach dem Stand der Technik - The condensate which accumulates insuitably in
the compressed-air devices is waste, charged with oil portions of up to 10.000 mg/l. According to the Water Resources § 7a, the condensate of compressed-air must not be drained to the sewage water system without proper state-of-the-art preparation. - ÖWAMAT 1 and ÖWAMAT 2 are reliable
state-of - the-art oil-water separations systems and are approved by the building uthorities of the Institute for Building Technology, Berlin. - The preparation on site with ÖWAMAT® 1 and
ÖWAMAT® 2 is in any case more cost-efficient than the costly waste disposal by specialized companies. By the way: simple elutriators (oil separators) are not appropriate for the preparation.
Features and advantages: - Conical filter seat, therewith it is easier to replace
the filter and to prevent from by-pass formation. - Large maintenance openings for simple operation
- Wall assembly of ÖWAMAT® 1 is possible.

- With oleophil preliminary filter for free oil portions
- Several condensate inlet connection hoses suitable
for connection. - High-grade activated carbon with large surface
and high absorption capacity.
Function - The overpressure is reduced by the patented
pressure discharge chamber and the condensate is conveyed without creation of swirl to an oleophil coalescence preliminary filter which accepts free oil portions. - Then the condensate flows to the activated
carbon filter which absorbs the residual hydrocarbon portions. - The ÖWAMAT 2 disposes of an additional filter
level with a condensate collection recipient with elutriator and an adjustable oil-overflow with oil intercepting tank.
