Steam trap BEKOMAT® 21 - draining off without unnecessary pressure loss

• In the compressed-air generation and preparation,
  the accumulationof condensate is inevitable.
  It contains oil and it is often charged
  with dirt particles. With 1.000.000 installations
  the BEKOMAT® is the worldwide standard
  for the reliable and cost-efficient draining of
  these condensates without unnecessary pressure
  loss.
• As the condensate accumulates irregularly
  according to the season and daytime respectively
  the workload of the compressor,
  the BEKOMAT® amortizes with its
  capacitive sensor compared
  to time - controlled
  drain valves
  often within half a year.

Features and advantages:

Function

• The condensate is accumulated in the collection
  recipient of the drain.
• A capacitive sensor measures the water level
  of the condensate. At maximum level, a membrane
  opens by which the condensate is drained
  off due to the system pressure.
• The membrane is closed before the compressed-
  air may escape.
